I'd pick a flora overhaul (Bevilex is a good source), but stick to a single one then move on. Oblivion Character Overhaul v2, perhaps a body mod (HGEC or Robert's for females, Robert's for males). After that, pick either an ENB or Oblivion Reloaded (I prefer the latter). You'll have a great base.
