Exeter College, Oxford. Coordinates: 51.753871°N 1.256046°W. Exeter College (in full: The Rector and Scholars of Exeter College in the University of Oxford) is one of the constituent colleges of the University of Oxford [4] in England, and the fourth-oldest college of the university.
Exeter College is located at the heart of Oxford, adjoining the Bodleian Library. The College, the fourth oldest at the University, has occupied its current site on Turl Street since 1315, one year after it was founded. Today Exeter is home to a diverse community of fellows and students from across the world.

Exeter is Oxford’s fourth-oldest college. It has occupied much of its present site since 1315, a year after Exeter College was founded on 4 April 1314. Its founder, Walter de Stapeldon, was a Devon man who rose from a humble background to become Bishop of Exeter and Treasurer of England under Edward II.
The college is one of the oldest in the University. Graduate students enjoy a lively and supportive community within Exeter's historic walls. The Senior Tutor and the College Adviser system, provided by the college and independent of departmental or faculty supervision, build links with the college’s full-time academics.
