Friedrichsfelde ( German pronunciation: [fʁiːdʁɪçsˈfɛldə] ⓘ) is a German locality ( Ortsteil) within the borough ( Bezirk) of Lichtenberg, Berlin. History. The locality was first mentioned in a document of 1265 with the name of Rosenfelde. In 1699 it was renamed Friedrichsfelde after the Prince-Elector Frederick III of Brandenburg. [2] .

16 de may. de 2024 · The cemetery, originally to be known as the Städtische Gemeindefriedhof für Berlin but then renamed Central-Friedhof Friedrichsfelde, was opened on 21 May 1881. All the cemeteries inside the city had reached the limits of their capacity. The Central Cemetery was open to people of all confessions and social strata.
