Karlsburg is a municipality in the Vorpommern-Greifswald district, in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Germany. The former municipality Lühmannsdorf was merged into Karlsburg in May 2019. The original name of the place was Gnatzkow.

Mit Wirkung zum 26. Mai 2019 ging die bisherige gleichnamige Gemeinde Karlsburg in der gemeinsam mit Lühmannsdorf neugebildeten Gemeinde Karlsburg auf.

Karlsburg Castle in Vorpommern was once owned by the Bismarck-Bohlen family. The representative baroque palace was built in 1773. Until 1945, the castle was privately owned. The last castle lords were the noble family von Bismarck-Bohlen.
