Morven Museum and Garden; A part of American history. Jan 2024 • Couples. Always a delightful place to visit with a lot of rich history. It's on the National Historic Landmark list and was home to Richard Stockton, one of Declaration of Independence signers and once was the NJ Governor's homes.
With the relocation of the Governor’s Mansion to Drumthwacket in 1982, Morven was converted into the museum it is today. Morven boasts five acres of gardens, a collection of fine and decorative arts and a second floor that serves as a changing exhibit space with new shows opening every few months.
