Nico Robin es una mujer alta, delgada pero atlética, con pelo negro hasta los hombros. Sus ojos son de color azul en el anime (con grandes y anchas pupilas de color azul oscuro al principio y negro más adelante) y de color marrón en el manga (también en la película 10 ).

Oda draws all his characters the same skin color including Robin, Usopp, Mr. 1, etc. After the timeskip, the anime decided to switch the skintones to what Oda does. For some reason, they still gave her the wrong eye color... Atleast it make sense why she got paler, we last saw her to be in a winter zone for two years.
Hair is a lot longer, no more bangs to cover the forehead and the nose isn't as accentuated. Personally I like her Water 7 and Thriller Bark looks best. Also the short hair and the nose made her look unique. She's not ugly now per say but she kinda looks like all of Oda's women: big boobs, thin waist, long hair and basically the same eye design.
