Commissioning artists and communities from around the UK and Commonwealth, and more than 5,000 military personnel, performers, key workers and volunteers will unite centre-stage to tell the story of The Queen’s 70-year reign and our transforming society at the Platinum Jubilee Pageant on Sunday 5th June 2022.
The pageant was a major event of the 2022 Platinum Jubilee celebrations for Queen Elizabeth II. It took place on 5 June 2022, a Sunday and the last day of the extended Jubilee weekend. The money for the event, which was estimated to cost £15 million, was raised from corporate sponsors and individuals.
