Berestove (Ukrainian: Берестове) is a historical location in Kyiv, Ukraine. It is in the Pechersk Raion of the city in the historic Hungarian tract. The location is situated between Lypky, Klov, Zvirynets and the right banks of Dnieper. In the past it was a princely village of Berestiv to the east from the early city of Kyiv.
The Church of the Saviour at Berestove (Ukrainian: Церква Спаса на Берестові, romanized: Tserkva Spasa na Berestovi) is a church located immediately north of Kyiv Pechersk Lavra in an area known as Berestove.
Listed on UNESCO’s World Heritage List, the Church of Our Savior was built within a monastery complex in Berestove Village, the one-time seat of Kyiv’s royal family. The sanctuary was modified over time, the most radical revisions undertaken in 1752, when it became a five-domed edifice.
Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra or Kyievo-Pecherska Lavra (Ukrainian: Києво-Печерська лавра; Russian: Киево-Печерская лавра), also known as the Kyiv Monastery of the Caves, is a historic Eastern Orthodox Christian monastery which gave its name to one of the city districts where it is located in Kyiv.

The Church of the Saviour at Berestovo is located immediately north of the Monastery of the Caves in an area known as Berestove. Although it is situated outside the Lavra fortifications, the Saviour Church is part of the Lavra complex and the related World Heritage Site.
On April 18, 2022, the International World Heritage Day and the Ukrainian Day of Historical and Cultural Monuments, the National Preserve “Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra” has opened to visitors the Church of the Savior at Berestove after almost a six month break.
Located just a little north of the Monastery Of The Caves in an area known as Berestove is The Church Of The Savour Of Berestove ,an unbelievably beautiful church ,constructed in the reign of Grand Prince Of Kievan Rus Volodymyr Monomakh between 1113 and 1125 as the main cathedral of the Transfiguration Monastery.
