  3. Für die Böden den Ofen auf 160 °C Umluft vorheizen. 5 Backpapierböden mit 24er Springformgröße markieren. Eiweiß mit Salz & Zucker steif schlagen. Mehl, Puderzucker, Mandelgrieß mischen und in 2 Portionen unter das Eiweiß heben. Die Masse gleichmäßig auf alle Backpapierkreise verteilen und gleichmäßig verstreichen.
