Cochran Campus. Situated near the town center of Cochran, the historic Cochran Campus in Bleckley County is noted for its beauty, characterized by a traditional quad and stately oaks. The campus covers about 182 acres and includes a scenic lake.
On January 8, 2013, it was consolidated with Macon State College into a new institution, which is now known as Middle Georgia State University . The college's main campus was in Cochran, and that campus is now a satellite campus of Middle Georgia State University.

Middle Georgia College also was expanding. A new program was added in 2007, when the college assumed the programs and facilities that had been the Georgia Aviation Technical College in Eastman. With that consolidation, Middle Georgia College had campuses in Cochran, Dublin and Eastman.
