When the infamy of any nation becomes 25 or higher, all other nations of the world will take notice and may declare a punitive war to maintain the global balance of power.

La infamia (llamada " badboy " en los archivos del juego) es un valor que representa la amenaza general de un país para otras naciones. Cuando la infamia de cualquier nación llegue a 25 o más, todas las demás naciones del mundo tomarán nota y podrán declarar una guerra punitiva para mantener el equilibrio global de poder.
La infamia se obtiene cuando una nación altera el equilibrio del mundo mediante la expansión militar, la siguiente tabla muestra cuanta infamia general los diferente casus belli.
