Lilith is a character from the 30 Days of Night franchise, first appearing in the original comic sequel, Dark Days. She is the wife of Vicente, and together they are referred to as the "elders". She claims to be the mother of all other vampires.

30 days of night is honestly the best portrayal of vampires imo, they were super creepy to me when younger. Feral, tribal, and monstrous, that's how vampires should be, their design and feel of the first movie was top notch, the location was also super unique at the time.
