Ann-Margret Olsson (born April 28, 1941), credited as Ann-Margret, is a Swedish actress, singer, and dancer with a career spanning seven decades. Initially gaining notoriety in 1961 as a singer with a sultry, vibrant contralto voice, [ 1][ 2] she quickly rose to Hollywood stardom.
Ann-Margret made her film debut as Bette Davis’ daughter in Frank Capra’s Pocketful of Miracles (1961). She rose to fame with her role in ‘Bye Bye Bride’, the film was a major hit and made her a superstar.
