Known as The Day of Love and Friendship, El Día del Amor y la Amistad, its focus is not solely on romantic connections, but is a day to be enjoyed amongst family, friends and other loved ones.
The most common one is Día de San Valentín, which is a direct translation of Saint Valentine’s Day. In other countries, the day is referred to as El Día del Amor y la Amistad, meaning The Day of Love and Friendship.
