Margot Frank (Fráncfort del Meno, 16 de febrero de 1926-Bergen-Belsen, c. 12 de febrero de 1945) fue la hija mayor de Otto y Edith Frank y hermana mayor de Ana Frank. La orden de deportación de Margot emitida por la Gestapo, apresuró a la familia Frank a esconderse.
