Scam scam. I bought a dryer hair brush on December 2023, and I used it twice and it broke down, I contact then but never get any response. They just asked me for pictures and recept after that no response. Totally scams. Date of experience: December 31, 2023

STRAIGHT AHEAD SCAM! STRAIGHT AHEAD BEAUTY IS A SCAM!!! They are very pushy then demonstrate a $300 straightener on your hair you will love then sends you home with a straightener that is worth about $10 that you paid between $90 and $170 for. The receipt says no refunds but they never tell you that.

Basically, it is a scam, as the flat iron I purchased is not what was demonstrated on my hair. The flat iron pulls my hair, and will not straighten or curl my hair. The salesperson started off at $300, then $189, then $129, and finally $89.

Complete scam and hoax. He gave us a fake corporate number and told us we could come back do refund to him personally. But I thought the lying b****** was moving that week?

And she offered to give me a discount, and then another one. The price went from $370, but there was a sale for the Jewish holiday they just had. (There was a Jewish Holiday last month and next month, none this month). So the price was $199, BUT she can give me her hairdressers discount and get it down to $99.
There were plenty of reviews on the Better Business Bureau as well as other sites claiming that they scam their customers in a tactic called the "bait and switch" where they use a different item...
