Cartman and Stan are playing in a docked speedboat owned by Cartman's Uncle Roy when Cartman dares Stan to drive. Stan succumbs to pressure and immediately loses control of the boat, accidentally crashing it into the world's biggest beaver dam. The dam explodes and floods the nearby town of Beaverton.
