El pastor ovejero australiano (en inglés: Australian Shepherd y popularmente Aussie) es una raza de perro de pastoreo que se desarrolló en el norte de España, en Asturias, el País Vasco y Navarra, y que los emigrantes llevaron a Australia buscando mejor suerte en ese país, y de ahí a Estados Unidos.
