30 de mar. de 2024 · Boil the eggs. Add eggs to a saucepan of cold water and bring to a boil, then remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 10 minutes. Shock in ice water, then carefully peel. Toast the breadcrumbs (optional). Toast panko breadcrumbs in butter until golden-brown, then toss with paprika and garlic powder. Make the filling.
My method is simple: Place the eggs in a medium pot and cover them with an inch of cold water. Bring the water to a rolling boil. Then, immediately cover the pot and turn off the heat. Let the eggs sit in the hot water for 10 to 12 minutes. Transfer them to a bowl of ice water.
