Noodles Ninja is a cyan-colored mascot, with impossibly long and slender arms and legs, that defy the laws of anatomy, bending, they also twist and stretch at unnatural angles.
Garten of Banban III
In chapter 3, after killing Stinky Joel, the player is first encountered by him in a room filled with big grey balconies. He walks on a balcony and points to his mission.
His mission involves needing to come so you have to collect A raincoat, scarf, umbrella and and some boots. While you do this, you find a note saying to not trust noodles but it was too late, you have to dodge his attacks and then continue to the next room.
After the chase, the player is granted access to this room with a giant fan, and a ball sack, until noodles returns. The player must activate the fan which sucks Noodles Ninja in and takes him away.
Garten of Banban VI
He returns in chapter 6 where he is revealed to be the boss of Handy Mandy. This is shown after Handy Mandy gets lifted up by a chain. The two have a conversation and then Noodles Ninja hits him after he asks what the payment is.
