Office Space is a 1999 American satirical black comedy film written and directed by Mike Judge. It satirizes the work life of a typical 1990s software company , focusing on a handful of individuals weary of their jobs.
Peter Gibbons is the protagonist of the film Office Space. He is portrayed by Ron Livingston. Peter begins the movie as a disgruntled software engineer at Initech who helps with 'updating the bank software for the 2000 switch' (in his own words).
