Shattered Pixel Dungeon is a roguelike RPG, with pixel art graphics and lots of variety and replayability. Every game is unique, with five different playable characters, randomized levels and enemies, and over 150 items to collect and use.
In Shattered Pixel Dungeon, artifacts are a new type of unique equipment, that can perform special actions, and do not require Scrolls of Upgrade to grow stronger. Instead, each artifact is upgraded using a different set of rules, up to their +10 level cap.
It attacks from a distance using lightning bolts whenever its target is not in melee range, dealing 3-10 magic damage. This lightning attack doesn't arc to adjacent characters nor gets more powerful in the water. It has 33% chance to drop a random scroll when defeated.

Shattered Pixel Dungeon is a traditional roguelike dungeon crawler RPG that's simple to get into but hard to master! Every game is a unique challenge, with five different heroes, randomized levels and enemies, and hundreds of items to collect and use.
This is a guide covering some advanced techniques that I've learnt and developed in my time playing the game. If I think of more things to cover I might make another guide. Side note: I am working on a commentated gameplay video that will hopefully illustrate the ideas that I present in this guide.
