A Yellowstone Alum Joins The Cast
As the latest season of the Taylor Sheridan hit ramps up, the most recent news sees a Yellowstone alum join the cast of Tulsa King season 2. Neil McDonough, who played the role of Malcolm Beck in Yellowstone, has been tapped to play Cal Thresher. Thresher is described as a territorial businessman in Tulsa who doesn't take kindly to Dwight's presence in his city. Cal's operation will likely cause some major pains for Dwight as he continues to try to expand his empire in Oklahoma.
More Episodes Are On The Way
Tulsa King was renewed shortly after the first three episodes premiered. It quickly became Paramount+'s biggest hit after 1923, the Yellowstone spin-off, and it also certainly helped that Tulsa King's premiere episode drew a record number of new subscribers to Paramount+.
Stallone Returns In Fall 2024
Though news was slow in coming for most of 2023, a host of updates began to flood in throughout early 2024, including the beginning of production. It was revealed in early April 2024 that Tulsa King season 2 began filming, and it was also announced that it was slated to return in the fall of the same year. A more concrete date is expected soon, and its timeline will become clearer once production wraps.
