Gran Este (en francés: Grand Est; en alemán: Großer Osten) 1 es una de las trece regiones metropolitanas que, junto con los territorios de ultramar, conforman las dieciocho regiones de la República Francesa. Su capital y ciudad más poblada es Estrasburgo.
Grand Est covers 57,433 square kilometres (22,175 sq mi) of land and is the sixth-largest of the regions of France. Grand Est borders four countries—Belgium (Wallonia region) and Luxembourg (Cantons of Esch-sur-Alzette and Remich) on the north, Germany on the east and northeast, and Switzerland on the southeast.
Le Grand Est 1 est une région administrative française résultant de la fusion le 1er janvier 2016 des anciennes régions administratives Alsace, Champagne-Ardenne N 1 et Lorraine.
