Sofía Luisa de Mecklemburgo-Schwerin (en alemán, Sofie Luise von Mecklenburg-Schwerin; Grabow, 6 de mayo de 1685 - Schwerin, 29 de julio de 1735) fue reina consorte de Prusia como la tercera y última esposa del rey Federico I de Prusia.
