BRITISH COLUMBIA POPULATION ESTIMATE AND PROJECTION. Projection Highlights. It is expected that the B.C. population will grow at a re-duced rate of 1% over the 2020/21 period due to the impact of the Coronavirus Pandemic on migration to an within Canada.
Overview. In this new release the population of B.C. was estimated at 5,147,712 as of July 1, 2020.
