Synopsis. A handsome, tough investigator "Mike Harbor" (Ross Hagen) is sent in to investigate the kidnaping of top the kidnapping of the world's top athletes by women. It leads him to the Philippines, where he follows up dangerous leads, and serveral attempts are made on his life by men. Later, a beautiful woman (Maria De Aragon) tries to kill him.
