This must be the most toothless juvenile delinquent film of the 1950s, and they're a pretty toothless gaggle of pictures to begin with. The budget is beyond spartan, the acting strictly amateur, it's clumsily staged and lethargically paced. There's no clue whatsoever that its director would go on to be a genius.
