Sandroyd is an independent co-educational preparatory school for both day and boarding pupils aged 2-13 in Rushmore Park, near the village of Tollard Royal in Wiltshire. Sandroyd is very much a forward-looking preparatory school, well-placed to respond to the ever-changing demands and expectations of new generations of parents and children, built on a heritage of achieving excellence.
We were inspected in February 2023when the ISI carried out a Focused Compliance and Educational Quality Inspection. The report praised the excellent quality of both the education and the pastoral care at Sandroyd. 4 de dic. de 2022 · According to one parent, Sandroyd is the ‘quintessential’ country prep school. It certainly does seem like the prototype for an Enid Blyton novel. During the summer, girls and boys play mixed cricket in the beautiful grounds, ride, play with pets or paints, and go adventuring in the playground or woods.
The role of a Headmaster's wife is vitally important in a boarding community such as ours. Sandroyd is, at its core, a family boarding school. We joined the school in September 2016 with our two young daughters, Hattie and Isla, and have since become part of a wider family that consists of over 200 boys and girls.
