I don’t forget that the name we hang at the top of the door is the New York Dolls. When we went to find the new guys a few years ago, we never set out to replace anybody. It’s the same thing with the songs.

Building on the Rolling Stones' dirty rock & roll, Mick Jagger's androgyny, girl group pop, the glam rock of David Bowie and T.
