Ingolstadt je grad u njemačkoj pokrajini Bavarskoj. Nalazi se na obalama Dunava, u centralnom dijelu pokrajine, oko 70 km sjeverno od Minhena. Po podacima od 30. juna 2007, grad je imao 122.359 stanovnika, što ga čini šestim gradom u Bavarskoj, odnosno drugim gradom u gornjoj Bavarskoj, odmah poslije Minhena.
