Larry A. Silverstein is an American businessman. Among his real estate projects, he is the developer of the rebuilt World Trade Center complex in Lower Manhattan, New York City, as well as one of New York's tallest residential towers at 30 Park Place, where he owns a home.
Only six weeks after Silverstein’s company, Silverstein Properties, took title to the 10-million-square-foot World Trade Center, Al Qaeda terrorists staged the worst assault in United States history on the towers, killing over 2,600 people. Sa société loue ( leasing ) des bureaux du World Trade Center visés et détruits lors des attentats du 11 septembre 2001 . À partir de 2016, il participe au projet de reconstruction du One World Trade Center .
