Victoria Cross. William Sidney, 5th Baron De L'Isle and Dudley of Penshurst was born on 19 August 1859.1 He was the son of Philip Sidney, 2nd Baron De L'Isle and Dudley of Penshurst and Mary Foulis. Marriage.
