Daniel Webster (født 18. januar 1782 i Salisbury i New Hampshire, død 14. oktober 1852 i Marshfield i Massachusetts) var en amerikansk advokat og politiker som også var senator og utenriksminister to ganger. Han var sentral i den såkalte Antibellum-perioden før den amerikanske borgerkrigen brøt ut.
