Henry Somerset, 2nd Earl of Worcester (c.1496-26 Nov 1549) was the son of Charles Somerset, 1st Earl of Worcester and Elizabeth Herbert, Baroness Herbert. He married twice: Margaret Courtenay, daughter of William Courtenay, 1st Earl of Devon and Catherine Plantagenet, by papal dispensation issued 15 June 1514. Margaret died before 15 April 1526.

Lady Margaret Courtenay (c. 1499 – before 1526) was the only daughter of William Courtenay, 1st Earl of Devon and Catherine of York. Her maternal grandparents were Edward IV of England and Elizabeth Woodville. Margaret was a younger sister of Henry Courtenay, 1st Marquess of Exeter.
