Sara Simeoni (fødd 19. april 1953) er ein italiensk tidlegare friidrettsutøvar som tevla internasjonalt i høgdehopp. Ho vart europameister i øvinga i 1978 og olympisk meister i 1980. Simeoni gjorde sitt livs beste høgdehopp då ho vann EM-gullet på 2,01 meter.
