Eleftherios Kyriakou Venizelos ( Ελευθέριος Κυριάκου Βενιζέλος) was probably the most prominent politician in Greece’s Modern History. Born on the 23rd of August 1864 in Chania, Crete, he was the fifth child of Kyriakou Venizelou and Stylianis Ploumidiaki.
