Princess Mary Adelaide Wilhelmina Elizabeth of Cambridge, later Duchess of Teck, was a member of the British royal family.
Princess Mary Adelaide of Cambridge technically became Her Royal Highness Princess Franz of Teck upon marriage (as a granddaughter of King George III in the male line, she remained a Royal Highness, even though her husband was only a Serene Highness). However, the Times and even the Court Circular referred to her inconsistently.
