Set on Museum Island, the Dom is a very impressive cathedral. You pay to get in (£15 for us both). Inside it’s a very impressive cathedral. The big attraction is a climb of over 250 steps to reach an outside viewing platform. The steps have many places to rest along the way and decent hand rails.
