On 2 July 1595 she married Christian I, Prince of Anhalt-Bernburg in Lohrbach. They had sixteen children: Frederick Christian (b. and d. Amberg, 2 May 1596). Amalie Juliane (b. Amberg, 10 September 1597 – d. Neinburg, Hannover, 11 August 1605). Christian II, Prince of Anhalt-Bernburg (b. Amberg, 11 August 1599 – d. Bernburg, 22 September 1656).
Christian II died in Dresden on 23 July 1611; after having participated in a tournament in full armour, he climbed off his horse, drank a large amount of beer to cool down, and suddenly died from a heart attack. Having left no legitimate children with his wife, his brother Johann Georg succeeded him as the Elector of Saxony.
Christian II of Anhalt-Bernburg (11 August 1599, in Amberg – 22 September 1656, in Bernburg), was a German prince of the House of Ascania and ruler of the principality of Anhalt-Bernburg. He was the second (but eldest surviving) son of Christian I, Prince of Anhalt-Bernburg by his wife Anna of Bentheim-Tecklenburg, daughter of Arnold III, Count of Bentheim-Steinfurt-Tecklenburg-Limburg.
The last prince of the original line of Anhalt-Bernburg died in 1468 and his lands were inherited by the princes of the sole remaining line, that of Anhalt-Zerbst. The territory belonging to this branch of the family had been divided in 1396, and after the acquisition of Bernburg Prince George I made a further partition of Zerbst (Zerbst and Dessau).

Christian II of Anhalt-Bernburg (August 11, 1599, Bernburg - September 22, 1656) was a German prince of the Askanian family and ruler of Anhalt-Bernburg. He was the ruler of the Duchy of Bernburg. He was the second (but eldest surviving) son of Christian I, Duke of Anhalt-Bernburg, and Anna of Bentheim-Tecklenburg, daughter of Arnold III, Count of Bentheim-Steinfurt-Tecklenburg-Limburg.
