Henry Herbert, 2nd Earl of Pembroke, KG, KB (c. 1538 – 19 January 1601) was an English peer and politician. He was the nephew of Catherine Parr and brother-in-law of Lady Jane Grey through his first wife.

She was age 12. After the fall of Lady Jane Grey in July 1553, his father the 1st Earl banished Lady Catherine from Wilton . The marriage was dissolved or declared null 1554 by influence of 1st Earl. Unsurprisingly it had not been consummated, though she was saddened by losing him.
