I ignored the Jackass TV show when it first came out, thinking it was a crude ripoff of the Tom Green Show. And the humor IS undeniably crude, but for some reason I watched their first movie and had a lot of fun. It won me over. But Number Two is their masterpiece. A feature titled Jackass 2.5 was compiled from outtakes shot during the making of the second film and released direct-to-DVD on December 26, 2007. In December 2009, Paramount Pictures and MTV Films issued a press release that a second sequel titled Jackass 3D would be made.
