10 de ago. de 2023 · Answer. John Knox (c. 1514–1572) was the Scottish Reformer who founded the Presbyterian Church and laid the theological groundwork for the American Revolution. John Knox was born in Scotland and appears to have attended the University of St. Andrews. He may have been ordained a priest in the Roman Catholic Church.
