Este palacio lo mandó construir Alberto V de Este y Borso de Este lo transformó. En la fachada destaca el gran portal de mármol esculpido de 1470. En la actualidad alberga el Museo Municipal de Arte Antiguo, con interesantes colecciones de bronces, arqueología, numismática, marfiles, incrustaciones de madera, cerámica y medallas.
