The Oblivion executable must be 1.2 or higher to match the new Construction Set executable. Simply install the latest Oblivion patch to get the latest executable.

There is 3 leveling mods that are damn good, but the most modern and latest updated is Maskars Ultimate leveling, where you choose if you wanna do exp progress or skill based. It is set to exp by default but it is easy to change to skill leveling, which I like best. Beside leveling I do recommend following as well: I quote myself:
