Johann Caspar Goethe (né en juillet 1710 à Francfort-sur-le-Main, mort en mai 1782 dans la même ville) est un juriste allemand, conseiller privé auprès de l'empereur romain germanique. Il est le père de l'écrivain Johann Wolfgang von Goethe .
Johann Caspar Goethe (Francoforte sul Meno, 28 luglio 1710 – Francoforte sul Meno, 25 maggio 1782) è stato un giurista e scrittore tedesco, fu il padre di Johann Wolfgang von Goethe. Figlio di un ricco borghese, Georg Friedrich Goethe (1657-1730), e Cornelia Walther (1668-1754), sposa la figlia del sindaco di Francoforte, Elisabetta Textor, dalla cui unione nasce Johann Wolfgang Goethe .

Goethe, Johann Caspar. Wirklicher Kaiserlicher Rat. Dr. jur. utr. Jurist. ~ 31.7.1710 Ffm., † 25.5.1782 Ffm. Goethes Eltern gehörten zwei Generationen an. Der Vater war in Typus, Interessen und Anschauungen barocker Universalist. Ihm war die Formsprache der ersten Hälfte des 18. Jahrhunderts eigen.
