Sophie of Solms-Laubach (15 May 1594 – 16 May 1651), was a German regent, Margravine of Brandenburg-Ansbach by marriage to Joachim Ernst, and regent during the minority of her son from 1625 until 1639.
Daughter of Joachim Ernst of Brandenburg-Ansbach. Married her first cousin, Erdmann Augustus, heir presumptive of Christian of Bayreuth, who however died before his father. She herself also predeceased him, having had one son, Christian Ernst, afterwards Margrave.
She was the eldest child of Sophie of Solms-Laubach and her husband Joachim Ernst, Margrave of Brandenburg-Ansbach. In Ansbach on 8 December 1641, she married Erdmann August, Hereditary Prince of Brandenburg-Bayreuth - since his father and her father were brothers, they were first cousins.
