30 de mar. de 2022 · As we were saying Seance could hardly be better placed as far as its station in the Church’s discog goes: our noble foursome had brought their songcraft down to earth from The Blurred Crusade’s occasionally stuffy dreamscapes, and while they were still down for a good daydream, there’s a hint of something a little more sunburnt and dirt ...
Sadly though, Seance failed to capitalize on any success or forward momentum achieved by the Church's two initial outings, leaving it to their next effort to regain lost ground. A fan-dividing record when it came out, 1983's "Seance" is truly a weird fish.
