11 de abr. de 2008 · Patricia Ziegfeld Stephenson, the daughter of legendary Broadway impresario Florenz Ziegfeld, died of congestive heart failure April 11 at her home in Los Angeles. She was 91. Stephenson was born Oct. 23, 1916, in New York City, where her father was famous for mounting the musical stage spectaculars known as the Ziegfeld Follies.

Biography. Patricia Ziegfeld was born in New York City in 1916 to Florenz Ziegfeld and Billie Burke. She grew up in Hastings-on-Hudson in Westchester County, New York. She also lived at the family's home in Palm Beach, Florida. Her father died in 1932 and she moved to California with her mother.
I cannot read this book by Patricia Ziegfeld without hearing the voice of William Powell when Flo speaks and Billie Burke's voice when Bill speaks (He called her 'Bill.' ) The little nuclear family of Bill, Flo, and Patty forms the center of the book - there is not much else, no interesting gossip, no complicated details and itineraries, no secrets revealed.
