The Taunton Rounders Festival gives local league teams the opportunity to pit their skills, tactics and teamwork against the elite squads. The festival will see the Under 16 and Senior England Squads take on local teams from the Taunton area. Rounders is a great spectator sport.

26 de jun. de 2023 · Rounders is played between two teams, each consisting of nine players. The objective is to score as many "rounders" as possible by hitting the ball and running around four bases in a clockwise direction. The team with the highest score at the end of the game wins. The game is divided into innings, with each team having a chance to bat and field.
Year-Rounders’ Festival. In early March each spring, the town comes out of winter hibernation for the annual Year-Rounders’ Festival at Town Hall. It’s a day-long mashup of music, entertainment, community organizations, local artists and craftsmen, and food donated by local restaurants.
